The SineWave Zero-Point
that British sound - clean, till it’s not
Controls and Specs
The Zero-Point was inspired by the great cleans and overdrive tones that the mid to late 60’s British amps had. I wanted to create an amp that had that ability to have the piano like stringiness that a cathode-follower allowed but also push into that great classic rock vibe. On top of this the amp was given a great reverb circuit that doesn’t get washy or overburden the clean as the gain is increased. The overdrive section can be set up to either be a slight gain/volume boost or get pushed to a nice even distortion. The front end gain circuit has two optional gain settings. This adjustment can really make the front end more aggressive as its pushed, especially in the overdrive section. The Zero-Point will sound great through a Tele or a super hot humbucking guitar.

REVERB
The tube driven reverb is a versatile circuit that will allow a subtle reverb or a lush, washed out reverb. It was designed to mix with the dry signal in a very non-obtrusive way.
PRESENCE
The Presence control is a very familiar circuit that will boost the higher frequency ranges of the output section. Very helpful for quick adjustments on the stage, a mix control for very dark guitars or pickups.
POWER
The Power section is designed around each amp and the desires or needs of the player. The main output selection from the factory is EL-34 based tubes. But the amp can be adjusted and voiced around any of the other options.
EFFECTS LOOP
The passive loop offers a basic interface for time based effects, post preamp. The Master Volume acts as a send to loop and requires a balanced, buffered setup with level control as it integrates back in to the amp.
EQ
The front end EQ section is extremely balanced and will allow the player to achieve the correct levels in the bedroom, studio, or the stage while adding more options for any guitar/pickup arrangement, rooms, or just wanting to play at lower levels. There are 2 switchable gain settings along with a bright and mid switch:
Gain: normal or down. Allows less low/mid range gain to hit the Eq stage. Letting the guitar sit a bit more softly in the amps sweet spot
Gain: High or up. This option will push the input stage of the amp into higher levels of gain allowing a db increase across the low to mid section of the eq’s bell curve. Increased gain will effect the tonal range of the eq and the subsequent overdrive section
REVERB EQ
The Reverb EQ is a three way switch that changes the frequency range of the mixed reverb signal.
0 – This is the normal mode and is considered neutral in both voicing and feel.
1 – This setting will increase all the highs in the wet signal. Making the mix splashier.
2 – This setting will decrease all the highs and mellow out the reverb signal.
